• Working with MS Visio, MS Project, MS Office suite, MS Outlook, Rational Requisite
Suite, MS SharePoint, and Quality Centre.
• Creating Screen Mock-ups, conducting Gap Analysis, Impact Analysis, SWOT Analysis,
Cost Benefit Analysis, Risk Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Feasibility Study and ROI.
• Handling scrum team, daily Scrum Meeting, Planning, Scope, daily Status Tracking, Coordination, Problem solving, Defect Triaging, Sprint Grooming and Retrospective
Meeting.
• Developing detailed functional specs through JAD sessions, interviews, on site meetings
with business users' development team.
