DIANA ADAIN

Registered Nurse with over 20+ years of experience in primary care, with a strong background in clinical operations, quality improvement, and patient care. I’ve grown from Medical Assistant to Quality Case Manager to RN, and now into a Nurse Manager role, which has given me a full understanding of how a practice runs from the ground up. I’m very hands-on in my approach. I focus on improving workflows, supporting my team, and making sure both patient care and operations run efficiently while aligning with evidence-based best practices, clinical guidelines, and NCQA standards. My experience includes managing daily operations, improving HEDIS measures, supporting accurate documentation and compliance, and driving overall performance. I played a key role in achieving NCQA PCMH Level 3 recognition by helping align workflows, care coordination, and quality initiatives with national standards.
