As an AFM my job was to keep the AR floor clean, make sure the Drives were fixed when they fauted out or disable and also make sure that the stations stayed clean.

Trained NHs by explaining Amazon procedures, performance expectations and job duties.
Motivated and encourage AAs to increase rates and adopt safety protocols around workstations.
