Started working at JBS in 2015 as production worker. In 2016 became floor safety rep. Same year up graded to production floor trainer and class room trainer. In 2022 I became part of the Human Resources team my title was the Benefits Coordinator.
Role as Benefits coordinator was to welcome all new hires to the team. Explain the benefits they would qualify for after their 90 days of work. Which were Medical, Dental, vision, 401k and any 3rd party insurance. Helped employees create an account on benefit solver and enroll employees to the benefits they decided to enroll.
Duties as part of the Human Resource team was to provide support and customer service to all the employees and staff of JBS company.
