My relevant qualifications in the customer service field include years of community involvement in coaching and mentoring diverse groups in order to improve work skills necessary for advancement. Of note is my position as a bilingual staff member with the GDOL. In this role, one of my responsibilities was to assist recruiters and job applicants in the hiring process, as well as an independent ESL instructor and bilingual medical interpreter.
