• Review and analyze financial and industry data, and borrower performance to assess credit worthiness and estimate the degree of risk involved in extending credit to borrowers of 2+ files a week.
• Monitor and evaluate new and existing C&I, CRE and SBA loan requests.
• Evaluate ongoing collateral risk for a portfolio of 250+.

• Assess credit and mitigate risk of small business banking borrowers requesting a line of credit, term loan and or commercial mortgage of assigned 15+ monthly loan applications.
• Analyze severity of past due accounts and take precautions to prevent future credit losses.
• Collaborate with relationship managers to resolve situations where changes in loan structure may be necessary due to borrower, market, or industry changes.

• Managed the small business banking portfolio new/renewal/amendment process of over 500 accounts to maintain zero reportable and administrative past due maturities.
• Prepare cash flow analysis and calculations of debt service and debt coverage ratios.
• Review and update financial statement spreads and risk rating analysis to identify critical changes in a client's risk profile.
• Organized and maintained 3,500 borrower credit and collateral files.
