- Started as a CNA in 1994 working on a med/surg floor and then a ER tech. Graduated from Moore Norman Vo-Tech in 1997. Worked in the ER as an LPN starting IV's, giving medications, EKG's, vitals and assisting the RN's and physicians. Worked in the ER for 20 years. Also worked in the Fast Track side of the ER. Moved to Med reconciliation team where we would put patients home meds in their chart, ones that would be admitted from the ER and the direct admits. From there came to Neurology as Dr.Dees nurse. There I roomed pt's, vital signs, refills of medications, referrals, orders, managed telephone calls, prior auths, appeals, load images from disc to PAC's.
