I enjoy keeping my mind busy while creating art.  I love gardening playing in the dirt keeps me balanced.

Learning to cook plant based foods such as cauliflower as a substitute for rice.  I have good energy love learning.

Music makes me feel energized pretty much play old school music that brings back fond memories.
