Work with low income families to determined eligibility for child care payment assistance
Process applications, approvals, denials, cancellations and re-determinations
Monitor approval status of all families to insure that there is no lapse in eligibility
Offer technical assistance to child care providers
Participate in community outreach events
Provide potential child care providers with child care start up information
Recruit and enroll children and families to receive the Head Start services
Refer the Head Start families to community resources for services such as job placement
Maintain case history records and prepare reports as needed
