· Work on final assembly cathethers, perform line clearance.
· Use multiple maching as in Leak tester, balloon bonder, Harland coater, UV lamp.
· Apply adhesive to small components using needles, EFD dispensers and syringes.
· Work in construction of a new model prototype.
· Monitor operations and adjust controls to process machines and equipment.
· Ability to cross-train all new team members in multiple stations.
· Help support on multiple products C2, M5, E8, S4.
· Comply with production control requirements including those related to environmental controls, CER procedural compliance.

· Operate ultrasonic welding equipment machinery for sealing cylinder containing absorption plunger machine.
· Review word orders and ensure the apporpiate level of material, tools, equipment and resources are available for production functions.
· Complete in process inspection to ensure product meets work instructions specifications, quality attributes and reports variances immediately.
· Excute all assembly operations for SNAP negative wound care system.
· Qualified to perform all inline process. Used various equipment such as EFD dispensers, UV lamps, pressure gauges, puch sealers.
· Performed final packing of products, print shipping labels and obtained detailed documenation review to ensure all required data and certification are accurate and present for each lot.
