I would also educate lifeguards and clerks on proper ways of speaking to parents and children about certain situations, such as swim lessons, registrations, the rules of the facility, and other rules or regulations that are to be followed in the facility. In case of any bodily fluids and fecal accidents, it was my responsibility to fill out the proper paperwork as well as oversee the sanitation and make sure the proper protocol is being followed.

I would also make sure that any customer does not get too intoxicated, and if they did make sure that they are called a cab and walk them to it. On occasion, I would also handle the register which is only permitted by managers/owners but they trusted me enough to handle it in case they had a problem to handle or had to run an errand.
- My closing shift duties included washing and drying all glass cups and putting them back in their proper place, cleaning down the draft area as well as the sinks and place mats. The floors had to be swept and mopped, and the buckets had to be put in the back room to properly dry and not rust.
