• Prepare claim files for Defense Attorneys.
• Provide insureds, attorneys and medical providers with coverage/claim status.
• Train new employees.

Handle PIP files & Demands.

• Settle suits with Plaintiffs attorney.
• Negotiate medical bills and PIP demands.
• Train new employees.
• Obtain recorded statements from insured, claimants and witness.
• Collect all facts surrounding accidents and injuries.
• Confirm coverage and recognize coverage issues.
