  • Kimberly Severino, 203-314-0374, Diana began working with our family in October 2022, when my daughter was 3 months old. Our family is moving in July 2024, and unfortunately we will be parting ways with Diana as a result. Otherwise, we would have happily kept working with Diana until our children were enrolled in school (our 2nd baby was born while Diana was with us). Working from home while Diana cared for my daughter gave me the privilege of seeing just how caring, patient, and knowledgeable Diana is. She has always tailored her approach with my daughter based on her personality and needs. Diana is the master of calming a fussy baby and distracting a frustrated toddler. Diana also keeps play time fun and educational, which has helped my daughter to reach all of her age appropriate milestones. In addition, our daughter has battled some health issues over the last 6 months and Diana has been so supportive. Diana has helped administer respiratory treatments, tailored our daughters‘ activities based on her health needs, and provided emotional support that has been immeasurable. Diana is one of the most honest people I have ever met. She is dependable, responsible, respectful, and kind. Diana truly has become part of our family over the last 2 years and we have been so fortunate to have her with us. I know her next family will be very lucky to have her. Please feel free to contact me, as we are happy to continue to share our positive experience with Diana.
  • Stacy Kassatly, 561-512-0197, I would like to summit this letter of recommendation on behalf of Diana Rubio During her time with us, Diana demonstrated outstanding childcare skills. She was not only attentive to our daughter’s basic needs but also engaged her in a variety of developmental activities that contributed to her physical, emotional, and cognitive growth. Diana’s approach to childcare is nurturing and educational, often involving age-appropriate games and learning activities that our daughter thoroughly enjoyed. Moreover, Diana’s reliability and flexibility have been invaluable to our family. She consistently arrived on time and adapted to any schedule changes we had, often at short notice. Her ability to handle unforeseen situations with calmness and competence is remarkable, providing us with peace of mind whenever our daughter was in her care. One of the most telling signs of Diana’s impact is the strong bond she formed with our daughter. It was always a joy to see our daughter’s face light up when Diana arrived. Her caring and patient nature made her not just a babysitter but a beloved part of our daughter’s early years. In conclusion, Diana Rubio is an exceptional nanny who offers the highest level of care. Any family would be fortunate to have her as their childcare provider. Please feel free to contact me at 561-512-0197 should you have any further questions. Sincerely, Stacy Kassatly
  • Nicole Menges, 1-917-509-2628, To whom it may concern, I would like to submit this letter of recommendation on behalf of Diana Rubio. She work for us for 4 Years 2015- 2019 Diana began working for our family as a Nanny three years ago. My boys were only 2 1/2 years old and 6 months old. She was incredible in helping us all adjust to a move from New York City to West Palm Beach. She instantly became a member of our family. She is so loving and caring and my boys adore her. They light up when she walks in the door. She is also extremely trustworthy and responsible. She is always helpful with household related tasks, particularly when we are traveling. She is very reliable and conscientious. I highly recommend Diana! If you would like to speak to me directly, please feel free to contact me. Best, Nicole Menges
