As an employee at amazon there are a lot of opportunity's to learn and be trained in different indirect roles that are a high demand, In Audit i worked with employees to check the returns for quality assurance, in problem solve, i did varies of things which included helping associates with making sure the customers return is going to the right place also assisted with varies of issues that would come periodically which included but varied , a bad return, unavailable information. and different things that needed to be addressed. TDR training, i opened and closed trailers, made sure trailers were empty and loaded in a timely matter.
