Musculoskeletal and Sports Medicine Institute Physician Practice Operations, Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center
· Oversight of Musculoskeletal strategic growth and operations within the non-op physician practice setting including supportive strategies for both Primary Care Sports Medicine and PM&R specialties.
· Executes physician recruitment strategies within the non-op practice setting in collaboration with Medical leadership
· Development of cross referral integrative strategies between orthopedics and non-operative care in collaboration with administrative and medical leadership team.
· Collaboration with Medical Group management on operational strategies to advance MSK care and RVU growth
· Integrate acute care and community partnership referral pathways within physician practice setting
· Integrate practice operations and sports medicine corporate partners as it relates to physician billing and access.
· Develop business plans for financial justification for innovational advancements for patient care within the practice setting.
· Leads recruitment strategies for athletic training staff within the physician practice setting
· Lead development project for content and landing page with marketing team for non-op division of the Musculoskeletal and Sports Medicine Institute
Outpatient Services, Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center
· Developed musculoskeletal and sports medicine concierge program for outpatient referrals coming from community and corporate partners
· Oversees operational execution for corporate partners as it relates to centralized access for outpatient and inpatient services in the north.
· Manages organization of outpatient billing workflows for all corporate sports partners
· Directs and organizes Musculoskeletal and Grand Rounds CME and CEU events for the north including an annual sports medicine symposium pulling in system level resources; Multidisciplinary programing has pulled in subspecialties across the MSK realm including but not limited to PM&R, Orthopedics, Primary Care Sports, Sports Nutrition, Rehab, Sports Cardiology, Psychology, Radiology.
· Develops integrated strategies with rehab entities to support referral volume with JV partners
· Oversees budget for area of responsibility within outpatient departments
Matthew J. Morahan (MJM) III Health Assessment Center for Athletes, Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care Center
· Administrative lead for all growth within community partners, protocol development, workflows, and operations within the center in collaboration with the Center’s Medical Director.
· Administrative lead since program inception including oversight and execution of 26 partnerships and over 40,000 screenings across New Jersey expanding into RWJBarnabas Health’s service areas globally; Service area expansion include partnerships within Essex county, Monmouth county, Ocean county, and Hudson county.
· Administrative lead on all clinical service satellite expansion projects as it relates to Morahan Center; Service expansion locations in addition to the Barnabas Health Ambulatory Care center include Newport square in Jersey City. New satellite expansion plans in 2024 will include Community Medical Center in Toms River and East Brunswick locations.
· Lead development of Emergency Room referral program to Morahan center for concussion care with RWJBarnabas Health Acute Care facilities including CBMC, JCMC, CMMC, and CMC.
· Develops and maintains all legal contract renewal and agreement oversight for partnerships
· Leads research division with Medical director for all CBMC IRB Morahan Center projects

· Created and implemented education on Center protocols with pediatricians, school partners, and ED staff within RWJBarnabas Health primary and secondary service areas.
· Developed a mobile team for providing offsite screening programs throughout New Jersey.
