• Conducting human resource duties, supervising 4 - 8 employees, securing weekly payroll, constructing budget for secured contracts

• Provide weekly Guidance Lessons for students enrolled in Grades Kindergarten through 8 at Booker T
• Washington Primary School, Tar Heel Middle School, and Elizabethtown Middle School, Facilitate counseling for individual students as well as both small- and large-groups of students, Prepare students for high school and college through the career and technical (CTE) track, Act as liaison between high school counselors and students to initiate high school scheduling in preparation for high school, Provide mediation and coordinate meetings between school personnel, parents, and community members, Counsel students and staff during crisis, Make appropriate referrals to professional agencies for further counseling as needed, Act as student and family advocate during the referral process, as well as during the transition into the services phase, Conduct classroom student observations, then provide written and oral recommendations for Exceptional Children's consideration, Coordinate and facilitate meetings with teachers, staff, and district officials, Assist in the development and evaluations for students with Individualized Education Plans (IEP), Monitor the follow-up progress of students upon completion of any referred community services.

• Coordinates all state-mandated standardized testing for assigned schools, worked closely with the District Test Coordinator for training and standardized testing materials, Responsible for all Secure Testing and Training Materials for the assigned schools, Trained and supervised teachers during administration of state-mandated tests; collected, accounted for, stored, and transported all secure-mandated tests to district personnel.

• Met with court-adjudicated youth in great need of services and their parents, guardians, or custodians, who were often resistant to outside intervention, Hold in-office and in-home meetings with youth and families regarding appropriate and available community resources to deter further juvenile criminal activities, Refer families to and follow up with appropriate professional agencies to meet their financial, social, and medical needs.

• Represent the Court in the Public and Private School systems to ensure the regular attendance and appropriate behavior of the Court-Adjudicated youth enrolled, Act as a liaison between Court Adjudicated youth and School Officials concerning attendance, academics, and behavior, Coordinate programs for parent/teacher associations for elementary school students, Coordinate and assist with programs designed to heighten community awareness of sexual promiscuity and teen pregnancy prevention, Coordinate Youth Summer Programs to provide recreation and educational remediation with a particular emphasis on Math and Science

Supervised court-adjudicated delinquent youth at a secure residential facility, overseeing meal preparation, supply inventory, and transportation to court and medical appointments. Advocate for students in juvenile and family court while coordinating educational resources for residents.
