• Route and troubleshoot inquiries related to training course issues
• Manage service tickets pertaining to Cornerstone on Demand: uploading of content, assignments, group management, reporting, and other duties as needs of the business arise.
• Support testing for new systems functionality and enhancements.
• Set up and manage assignment profiles and direct assignments
• Manage rosters and end user transcripts
• Troubleshoot assignment and reporting issues
• Support operational activities including content and system audit
• Utilize extensive knowledge of Reporting 2.0 in building and automating custom reports
