  • In alignment with the OneDeluxe business strategy, led the strategy, roadmap and business case creation and planning for IT to implement an ERP Ecosystem establishing a single source of truth for COGS, Product Costing, Financial Consolidations, Inventory Mgmt., Product Mgmt., Warehouse Mgmt., Purchasing, etc.
  • Drove the optimization of Deluxe data, bringing data together in the ERP data structures; Resulting in $22M+ in value creation
  • Developed strategic relationships with business and IT Leaders cross-functionally building support for the ERP vision and execution plan( CIO, CFO, Chief of Ops,, VP’s of Finance and Supply Chain, VP of Transformation, etc.)
  • Wrote the RFP and led the RFP process for selecting an ERP SI Partner
  • In concert with our ERP SI partner, built the BOD materials with value prop and costs
  • Influenced key leaders (Controller, VP of Transformation) in the need for Global Process Owners(GPO’s); created the role, socialized and educated the organization on the role of GPO;

  • Achieved $2 million working capital reduction & cut three weeks of inventory lead time for Frozen Meat business supply chain using TOC rules in a business simulation
  • Worked on an inventory strategy business simulation project for one plant of a food ingredients business, which transitioned MTS (make to stock) to MTO (make to order) product with initial inventory reduction savings of 20–25% and estimated savings of over 40-50% inventory reductions
  • Saved over $1 million in excess inventory write-off and more than $100K in salvaged inventory
  • Built data analytics and forensics team that used agile processes to prototype, and subsequently build, DIO, DSO, DPO visualization dashboards, using a mix of on-shore and off-shore staff
  • Implemented an On-time and In-full (OTIF) data analytics and forensics project for a consumer foods business with initial savings of $5 million, and estimated savings of $10 million once fully implemented.
