Youth Director

Volunteer

After my home church, Redeemer Presbyterian Church, Lake in the Hills, IL (PCA), folded under the direction of Presbytery of Northern Illinois, I assumed leadership of the vibrant youth ministry and continued to meet. Most of these students were unchurched and friends of students who had belonged to Redeemer.

The pastor of Westminster Presbyterian Church and their Elders, oversaw me and the ministry.

After meeting at my home with 20+ youth I secured a place for us to meet free of charge at a local Christian School. There we grew to over 30 students. I implemented a program to work with area churches to plug the unchurched students into a church community. After about 6 years most students had either graduated or found a home church and we discontinued meeting.
