KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Led a Cross-functional Team through a process improvement project for Technical Transfers reducing the turnaround time from project receipt to delivery from 6 months to 12 weeks. Created tools for an Enterprise Account to manage their program milestones and deliverables strengthening the business relationships. Led a project to digitize lab notebooks which impacted business KPIs. Resulted in reduced errors, improvement in right first time and ultimately impacting turnaround time for project delivery. Developed and delivered technical onboarding program for new hires, driving employee engagement and retention. Onboarded new technology for manufacturing of main product, which resulted in an increase of manufacturing capacity by 100%.
