Pavillion prep, clean tables, Park Grounds clean up, use of leaf blowers,and expect grounds for potential hazards from playground equipment to older trees in the parks. , Bathroom checks, Playground checks. check in with renters if everything is Ok

It was a seasonal weekend job, the regular maintenance crews did it during the week so we filled in on the weekends. Our Goal was to:

• Built relationships with renters fostering collaboration and understanding renters needs and relaying renters expectations to Township maintenance departments to maintain their use of the parks.

Liquidation Company assigned me to enter an acquired business and take inventory, organize it pre computer so made manual inventory check papers. Then moved to commissioned sales, then moved to management. Accomplished multiple tasks within established timeframes. Did weekly P & L's all prior to computers, wrote out commission checks to employees and upper management.

We were expected to do everything. orders, sales, warehouse, unloading , loading , furniture prep. ran tow motor., Bob cat for snow removal.
