Job responsibilities include:

• Responsible for developing an expedited re-location strategy of the Rod Manufacturing Business from Toronto Canada to Chickasha, OK and ultimately the Shock Assembly Process to Queretaro, MX.
• The Lean Manufacturing implementation establishing and directing core cross-functional teams from concept to launch requiring employee and asset relocation and establishing new supply base.
• Finalize and maintain the Fiscal Years Annual Operating Plan Budget for Capital Expenditure Programs across 11 multi-national plants within the Light Duty Vehicle Systems Division of Arvin Meritor.
• Manage strict control & analysis of all plant requests for Appropriated Funds and Chaired Recommended Approvals /Rejections with Executive team.

Timing Analysis

· Develop individual budget limitations based on a MPPS and tracked in Oracle/MS Access or any financial model as required. Tracking of all project related spending ranging from $10M-$150M.
