Testing of water 4xs daily, as well as be aware of any possible water contaminants if any and treat water accordingly.  

Make sure that the pool person cleans the pool properly daily.

Be sure that there are parents with every child below the age of 16 yrs old.

Report and record any incident by filling out an incident report,(no matter how minor and incident may be), and taking a recording of any security video pertaining to the incident.  

Train staff on the proper procedures related to the pool

Let them know what to do if an ambulance or police are necessary.
