• Complete account registration and arrive patients in EPIC, clearing all registration edits throughout the registration/check in process to ensure a clean claim and expedited billing.
• Receive cash, check and credit card payments from patients, issuing correct change and receipt.
• Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift and prepare daily batch forms.
• Check out and scheduling future appointments, confirming that all registration edits have been resolved.
• Maintaining adequate stock of supplies and forms used in the ordinary course of job responsibilities, notifying manager to order additional supplies when stock was low.

At APWHC I had been trained on most stations in the facility:

• Minor blood work: finger pricking.
• Vitals: going over patients medical history.
• Counseling: included explaining medication and procedure to patients.
• Procedure: set up surgical tray for procedure,emotional support for the patient, and did ultrasound on the patient during their procedure.
• Recovery: monitoring patients vitals after their procedure.
• Ultrasounds: checked patients gestation.

• At Yummy Japan in Garner, I prepared and packed orders for customers
• I also was a server restaurant and had cash handling experience for the duration of my time there
• I took a couple of years away from Yummy Japan
• After I gained work experience at Amazon, I returned to Yummy Japan in the late summer (August) of 2021 and worked there until early May of 2022
• At Amazon Warehouse in Garner, I pulled and packed products based on daily orders
• Specifically, as a picker I would send items down to the main floor to be packed and shipped out.
