- Maintain filing and scanning per manufacturer requirements
- Perform daily cashiering duties and reporting as directed
- Perform after service follow up calls in a timely and effective manner
- Perform recall notifications
- Purge DMS of any returned mail
- Perform routine and standard assignments independently to a conclusion
- Verify and explain warranty, service contract, technical service bulletin and factory campaigns to customers
- Manage workflow
- Identify labor operations
- Maintain customer appointment log
