Being a Client Advisor dealt a lot with being on the phone and helping clients find their perfect car regardless if it was with us or another dealership in our company.

I Provided customer service to clients, including answering questions and resolving issues.

Assisted in the onboarding process for new clients by gathering information and providing guidance.

Developed relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.

Patience is a huge virtue of being a Security Guard and the biggest lesson I learned from being one.

Patience to let clients vent their frustrations and still be friendly with them and not to panic when things get stressful.

I also:

• Checked for safety hazards and took corrective action when necessary.
• Monitored surveillance cameras and responded to suspicious activity.
• Conducted regular security patrols of the facility grounds, parking lots, and perimeter areas.
• Investigated all reported incidents of theft or vandalism on premises.
• Enforced access control measures in accordance with established procedures.

As a server my main priority was customer service and to ensure the guest left with an amazing experience; My job didn't didn't only entail serving our guests, but also training other Servers once I became the Lead Server.

With the new responsibilities I was put in charge of Menu items being correct and well written, all meals was receiving garnishes, and was checked correctly.

Every night I would check in with all bussers, bartenders, and servers to make sure everyone was tipped out accurately and in a timely manner.

I maintained all the transactions at the end of the shift as required by company policy.
