I have been studying CompTiA A+, Network +, and Sec +, and a little bit of Python.
I am really hoping to get my foot into the I.T. world.
I am organized, capable of learning and adapting very well and I am hungry to learn so much more.
The deeper I dive into the IT world the more I realize I don't know!
I do my best to apply what I learn in my studies to the jobs I have now and I have built my own PC at home.

Being a Client Advisor dealt a lot with being on the phone and helping clients find their perfect car regardless if it was with us or another dealership in our company.
I Provided customer service to clients, including answering questions and resolving issues.

As a server my main priority was customer service and to ensure the guest left with an amazing experience; My job didn't didn't only entail serving our guests, but also training other Servers once I became the Lead Server.
With the new responsibilities I was put in charge of Menu items being correct and well written, all meals was receiving garnishes, and was checked correctly.
Every night I would check in with all bussers, bartenders, and servers to make sure everyone was tipped out accurately and in a timely manner.
