  • Serve as main point of HR contact for all employees and leaders for multiple contracts in various locations in CA.
  • Conduct new employee orientation sessions and onboarding, exit interviews including contract specific policy overview and basic benefits overview.
  • Work closely with workers comp department to ensure all proper documentation and investigations are complete and ready for pending cases.
  • Initiate safety protocols in orientation such as drills, emergency exits, meeting location, and where all safety accessories are located.
