Manages 50 employees in ICU and telemetry giving positive and constructive feedback as needed. Responsible for daily productivity of units, coordination of staff development, scheduling and improvement of quality measures. Reports to Director of Critical Care.

Oversaw staff RNs, admissions, transfers and discharges in and out of unit. Provided direct care and education to critically ill patients and families. Specific experience with Ventilator management, Bipap, Hypothermia protocol, Balloon pump, and Swan ganz catheters.
