With over 25 years of professional experience, Dianna Potter is an accomplished Program Manager recognized for her proficiency in providing comprehensive oversight, strategic leadership, and effective project management across diverse roles. Notably, she currently serves as the Center Director at the CGI Delivery Center in Lafayette, LA, a position she has held since June 2018.
In her current role, Dianna is tasked with formulating and executing strategic initiatives to fulfill contractual obligations, fostering the growth of the center, spearheading talent acquisition efforts, and managing economic development agreements. Her skill set encompasses strategic partnerships, talent acquisition strategies, community engagement, and program management, as evidenced by her successful coordination of Project-Based Learning projects with local universities. She pioneered the development of an Apprentice Software Engineering Program, the first of its kind in Louisiana.
