Diego Callens

I am an enthusiastic and quick learner to all things new. I have the ability to speak and understand 3 languages (English, French and a little bit of Spanish). I recently started Swedish last year, making progress with the goal of becoming fluent. I have gained knowledge interacting with different age groups discovering the importance of staying organized, working efficiently and being quick on my feet thanks to experience from my previous jobs. I have learned how to always keep my clients happy, entertained and coming back for more. I work well under pressure and always give maximum effort. I am driven and passionate even when the job gets tough. When it comes to any role, communication in order to deliver on the task and for the client will always be a priority for me. I have gained valuable knowledge of how to work flexibly and how to suit all needs no matter the environment I am in. Along with this, I always use the feedback and knowledge I gain to my advantage and to improve on every aspect of my performance. I have experience working with new people in group projects which has given me a valuable set of communication skills along with learning to meet deadlines that have been given. With growing up in the UK and building a new life for myself in Åland, taking all my experiences and qualities with me, I like to show eagerness to take risks and always have a goal in mind no matter the challenge ahead. In any place I am working in, I keep it clean and inviting for those around me.
