- In charge of three different projects for two different major insurance companies, Health Choice Pathway and Blue Cross Blue Shield
- The three project are; SUPD (Statin use in people with diabetes), SPC (stain use in people with cardiovascular disease) and OMW (Osteoporosis Management in women who had a fracture)
- For the SUPD and SPC, the main goal is to get members to start on statin medication due to their diabetes based on CMS guidelines and get a yearly score of 91% of members on a statin.
- For OMW, the main goal is to get members who had a fracture to take a DEXA scan to avoid Osteoporosis.
- My job includes communicating, working and presenting findings to members, doctors and stakeholders. i use problem solving and management skills to ensure the success of our goals by documenting progress, achieving task, and fixing issues.
- I report updates to both insurance companies every 2 months via meeting, graphs and documentation.
- At the end of every year, I would need to reach a set goal given by the insurance to ensure a 4-5 star rating.

- As a pillpack technician I was responsible for making calls to patients and doctors and requesting new medication, refills and any other requests the patients might have
- I was also trained for a new pilot program that they were launching to make the processes of re-enrolling customers to our service as well as creating over the counter orders
- I also had to sync all medications so that the patients can get all their medications at the same time, just like I did at frys.
