- As a Critical Pull Time Ship Clerk I am required to work and manage a group of 20+ associates and make sure all volume is loaded and departs on time.
- As a Allocations Ship Clerk I make sure the ship dock volume is evenly spread out to avoid any delays and/or over flowing the scan lanes with packages, I am able to move trailers if needed.
- As a Ship Clerk I am required to understand and Know all my Critical Pull Times (CPT).
- Process Guide (PG): I manage an area of at least 10 associates on ship dock.
- My tasks are to move associates to lanes that have a higher volume of packages, reduce the amount of recirc which is what builds up after having high amount of packages on the lanes
- Learning ambassador: as a rearing ambassador my role is to train new hiring associates or transferring associates into my path (ship dock) and help them succeed.
- I make sure my area is safe and clean
- Process Guide (PG) Trainer: As a trainer I will make sure new PG associates know how to manage different areas on ship dock and will gain knowledge and Leadership experience
- Problem Solve: Rejected damaged items, recorded shortages and corresponded with shippers to rectify issues. I've been working problem solve since peak 2020.
- Vista: With this role I make sure all packages are on a trailer before their critical pull time, also I make sure all packages are being scanned to improve our scan performance goal (97%)
- Water Spider: As a water spider I make sure all containers that are full are closed and staged
- During critical pull times (CPT's) I make sure those full containers are not staged but instead are taken to their proper trailer
- Water Spider Trainer: As a trainer I make sure all associates understand their role and properly close and stage correctly.
- Utilized forklift or pallet truck to load, unload, transport and store goods.
