I have 16 years experience as a maintenance mechanic / welder. During this time I worked for the Ca. Dept. of Corrections, C.T.F. Soledad. Certifications in Arc, Mig, and Tig welding processes. Completion of blue-print reading through TPC. training with Ca. P.I.A,. Performed a wide variety of welding work, ranging from simple welding of non-carrying metal parts and pieces , to moving parts in heavy machinary and structural steel. Work assignments are initiated by oral instruction, work orders, rough sketches, and/or blue prints, as needed. I possess a working knowledge of the tools, techniques and terminology associated with the welding trade. Good knowledge of accident and safety precautions.
