• Monitor chemical processes and test product quality to make sure that they meet standards and specifications. Set up, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment. Maintain production equipment and troubleshoot problems

• Responsible for leading day-to-day operations of production employees, maintaining positive employee relations, and supporting the production manager. I specialize in formulating/blending specific orders for aerospace and military combat, ensuring product quality and safety. My expertise includes adjusting shot meters, high rpm machines, down packing techniques, and checking weights and packaging. I excel in inventory management, blending machine operations, RPM and shear control, degassing materials, and following SOP requirements meticulously while prioritizing safety protocols and wearing proper PPE.

• Responsible for preparing batches for material production. This consists of accurate weighing, checking, and mixing of specific chemical compounds for product formulations, as well as operating and monitoring state-of-the-art equipment in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures. Responsible for the efficient operation of extrusion equipment to produce high-quality products and packaging of the final product. Paying strong attention to detail to ensure that the batches produced meet the company's established quality standards. I followed standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible
