Serving at Mole Restaurant came with many responsibilities. I would have to clean and mop the restaurant before we opened for the day. Of course, taking food and drink orders was an important part of the job. Using the POS system Toast to send orders to the kitchen or the bar was also important. Before leaving at the end of the night, I had to put chairs up and clean all tables. I also made sure that all garbage bags had been taken out before the end of my shift.
