Involved in diverse projects simultaneously, several of which may have had equally high priority.
• Manage multiple complex integrated IT projects including planning, monitoring, testing, and supporting a series of complex enterprise-wide IT systems related projects to deliver capabilities to meet business value objectives within cost, schedule, and cost parameters.
• Serves as liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.
• Manages software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
