Born and raised in Spokane, WA. I come from a Hispanic home where food is a major part of our everyday lives and culture. To us, food is love! At 17 I began my
professional culinary journey working for a local family-owned and operated Greek cuisine restaurant known as Azar's. I worked alongside Katy Azar (Owner) who created the brand and it's amazing recipes. Her passion for authentic dishes quickly ignited mine and I decided to continue to pursue a career in the kitchen. In 2018, In order to expand my taste, I began working for Jim Rhoades at his Italian Restaurant Rock City Grill. Starting as a dishwasher I worked my way up to the Head Chef position in 2 years by working hard, consistently, and always learning new things. Being with the company for almost 5 years, I am just looking for something to freshen my taste buds!
