- Led roughing crews and trim crews as a 2nd year

-I learned to coordinate with my crews and other trades to make sure everything runs smooth and nobody is struggling when in the future when it comes to finalizing the project

-I can read prints and understand how to navigate them on my own and have a little understanding on the other trades prints incase.

- When left alone i can be given task and complete them on my own having the understanding I have, but i am also not afraid to ask question if I cant figure something out because I would expect all my work to be 100% correct than guess and have to go back later on which consumes time from the project moving forward.

- worked on one line and putting gear together setting the footing and making up transformers.

- I am well versed in the residential and commercial side and want to expand my career and knowledge of the electrical trade

-When it comes to saving the company time and money i have done a good job with that, example when leading the rough crew i would try and complete at least 10 units a week ready for inspections and made it clear to my crew that was the standard and it helped the project move forward in a couple months rather than a year as was scheduled by the general contractor.

-Underground is what I started doing when I first joined the trade and still do from time to time so I understand the material and how everything works also how to have everything up to code.

- I am comfortable working in heights such as scissor lifts or boom lift and ladders as well.
