• Manage all rapid manufacturing EDM and Sheet Metal projects by creating and executing efficient manufacturing strategies for internal and external customers.

• Use manufacturing background to recommend and implement procedures to reduce cost and increase efficiency for any existing standard operating procedures within the manufacturing engineering department.

• Use extensive machine programming knowledge to create efficient machining programs using CAM or manual G-code to complete projects within allotted time frame for project timeline. (5 axis waterjet, CNC mills, EDM wire and sinker, etc.)

• Direct the on-site installation of turn-key manufacturing automation systems. (FANUC Robot HAAS CNC integration).

• Manage all integration subsystems to ensure timely delivery of all facets of turn-key automation solution.

• Setup project management boards for all newly awarded turn-key project POs to establish timeline and monitor KPI's.

• Test and validation of mechanical design components (Work holding and End Of Arm Tooling) to advance turn-key automation system technology and streamline the manufacturing of and installation process.

•Oversee the Engineering, Manufacturing, Outsourcing, Estimating, and Quality Control teams for multimillion dollar architectural facade projects.

• Research and develop industry leading methods of aluminum cladding panel manufacturing to reduce cost and increase the speed of manufacturing to meet aggressive prefabrication deadlines.

• Work with skilled manufacturing staff to resolve complex manufacturing problems of Architectural facade applications.

• Oversee the programming of a 6 axis back gauge press brake and Trumpf fiber laser for high precision sheet metal parts.

• Develop welding procedures for obtaining maximum quality of product in all aluminum cladding facade panels in which bending and welding is required.
