* I make a general inventory of the entire warehouse in each department..


* We have to work doing picking, transfers, shipping, packing of merchandise from stores(STORES) .

* When we take inventory we have to have counts and reports, also fill in the locations for people and individual orders (B2C)

* I use several types of machines depending on the work that day (TURRET forklift, CHERRY PICKER, STAN UP forklift, RAIDER PALLET, SIT DOWN forklift, PALLET JACK ELECTRIC)

* I use Excel and the FDM4 system to make a report of empty locations, also for SAMPLE, SALE (phase out or inactive) DAMAGES clothing.

* New merchandise that arrives at the warehouse we have to do PUT AWAY, it is basically creating locations and putting the new pieces in the location

* Receives all containers, trailers, trucks, any type of transfer from national and international distributors, both in stores and B2C


* I created an Excel file with all the merchandise that arrived every day.

* I had the opportunity to be the coordinator of the receiving team in returns

* After finishing everything received, we had to inspect piece by piece that the client returned (STORE & B2C) make an excel with damaged pieces, another with SAMPLE SALE (phase out or inactive) and the merchandise without information in another separate excel

* in the end we had to POST (return the money or store credit to the customer) we had to verify all the information and count the pieces correctly so we could return it to the customer.

* Everything that was left without information, we made a series of emails to CUSTOMER SERVICE so that they could contact the clients or open an investigation into who the client is who bought the merchandise.

This is the most delicate part of the process because it is already working with the company's money and there could not be any error.

* It is a jacuzzi factory and we had to install everything that was the plumbing system (hoses, nuts, lights)


* In the end I had the opportunity to be on the water test team and that was the last area where everything that went wrong from the previous areas was completely repaired (engines, cut hoses, valves, resin, fiberglass, plumbing, lights, controls)
