Track Group Monitoring Center
- Inbound and outbound bilingual calls for Monitored Individuals, officers and agencies.
-Complete all calls tasks following all procedures accurately and promptly as required.
- Accurately document and summarize call content accurately for record-keeping purposes.
- Follow all required scripts, protocols, and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance.
- Provide knowledge base and training resources to provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.
- Appropriately escalate customer issues to the managerial team when necessary.
- Adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements to ensure coverage during operational hours.
