Ballerz Academy is a private soccer training business that I founded to provide individualized player development for athletes of all ages and competitive levels. The academy focuses on improving technical ability, tactical awareness, and overall athletic performance through tailored training sessions. I design and conduct programs that emphasize ball mastery, finishing, and decision-making while also incorporating speed, agility, and quickness training to enhance physical performance. In addition to on-field development, I mentor players on discipline, confidence, and leadership, helping them grow both as athletes and individuals. Through Ballerz Academy, I have built a strong presence within the DMV soccer community, guiding players to reach higher competitive levels while managing the business operations, client relations, and branding of the academy.

• As part of Courts for Kids, I traveled to Rwanda to help lead an international service project focused on building a sports court that now serves hundreds of children in the community. I collaborated with local residents and a team of college students to complete the project under a tight 10-day deadline, managing resources effectively and ensuring the work was completed in a sustainable way. Beyond construction, I engaged in meaningful cross-cultural exchange, building relationships and learning from the community while promoting teamwork, discipline, and leadership among my peers. This experience strengthened my adaptability, problem-solving skills, and ability to inspire positive change through service and sport.
