  • In this product we are connecting S4 to MII/MES and PCO, PCO is connected to Machine Simulator using MQTT connection.
  • Production Order created is S4 is flowing thru S4 to MES, PCO to Machine, Machine will produce the material and report back to S4 thru MES.
  • Visual Inspection – In this product we are using SAP Leonardo components such as Machine Learning and IOT and FD4 edge system, Picture of the product need to be inspected will be sent to SAP cloud platform, where we stored trained model, picture analyzed with Auto ML vision model and inspection result are post to S4 using FD4 digital Edge.
  • Visual Inspection User Interface: Developed on SAP Cloud Platform using SAP UI5.
  • Visual Inspection Edge developed on Raspberry Pi using Python3.
  • IoT Core Services: Used to receive and store timeseries data received from Visual Inspection Edge.
