• Actively participating in climbing and working on communication towers, with a focus on installing, replacing, and repairing antenna systems and equipment.

• Maintenance and installation of power equipment to ensure seamless functionality.
• Tower climbing for the purpose of installing, reconfiguring, and repairing microwave, as well as other antenna and cable equipment.
• Proficient operation of electronic test equipment, encompassing cable testers, fiber testers, battery testers, and other RF analysis tools.
• Installation of outdoor cell site systems, involving the setup of cabinets, associated conduits, and ice bridges.
• Troubleshooting and evaluation of data related to microwave systems to address issues promptly.
• Execution of power, fiber optic, cat5/cat6, waveguide, and coaxial cable installations, coupled with rigorous testing procedures.
• Racking and mounting of fixed telecom equipment for optimal performance.
• Maintenance, installation, configuration, adjustment, and minor repairs to microwave systems, including towers.
