Lead executive protection teams and details across several companies including team roster/hiring, training, assignments, advance work, scheduling, report writing/documentation of incidents, travel, transportation set-up, and overall SOP for the bodyguard/executive protection teams. Events include:

• Academy of Country Music Awards, Celebrity & Executive Protection Details, Billboard Music Awards, CES Convention, AVN Awards & Expo, Latin Grammy’s, NBA Minor League Scouting Playoffs, “10x” Motivational & Marketing Seminar, Anti-Gun Rally, Hostile Termination Protection Details, High Profile Wake’s/Funeral Service, Evidence/Crime Scene Disposal Unit.

Lead daily operations for multiple successful large-scale conventions including loading, unloading, and set-up. Coordinate with clients and multiple stakeholders to ensure optimal safety conditions for attendees and staff members alike. Contractor liaison for: Allied, BEST, Securitas, CSC, Marksman, United and Treston. Events include:

• ASH, NAR, Smile Con.

Led national operational initiatives across multiple events (emphasis on Nevada) including: client relations, contract negotiations, sales, staff interviews, scheduling and training. Led staff training programs in company SOP and basic security knowledge such as: radio etiquette, NV law, defensive tactics (control and restraint, handcuffing and detention). Events included:

• Candlelight (Nevada & Nation-wide), Fever, Dick Clark Productions (CMA's, ACM's, Billboard Music Awards).

• Responsible for the removal and extraction of all disorderly, unruly, or undesirable, guests attending the Music Festival.

• Led and supervised security personnel to ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational standards in the areas of hiring, training, officer posting & responsibilities, discipline, scheduling, risk management, report writing & tracking, and general S.O.P. of Security Personnel for Saber Security Properties and Events. Locations and events included:
• Vanguard Bar & Lounge, Velveteen Rabbit Bar & Lounge, Backstage Billiards & Bar, Fremont Country Club Concert Venue, The D Downtown Events Center, McFadden’s Bar, Reggae In The Desert, Concerts (list upon request), Punk Rock Bowling, Bite of Las Vegas, Boxing Events, Vans Warped Tour.

• Responsible for the hiring, training, officer posting & responsibilities, discipline, scheduling, risk management, report writing, tracking, and review, and general S.O.P. of Security Personnel for Light Group Properties designated. Locations included:
• Light Nightclub (Opening Staff), DayLight Dayclub (Opening Staff), 1-Oak Nightclub, Bare Pool Party (Adult), Diablo’s Cantina.

• Responsible for the set-up, design, and SOP from the ground up. Surveillance, Security, Hiring, Promotions, Training, Discipline, Schedules of Direct Reports.
• Developed, Measured Performance, and Terminated Security Employees, as necessary.
• Led the Security Organization for all properties, working with General Managers and other company Directors, to meet department objectives. Led Security Management (Managers and Supervisors/Leads) to ensure each shift operated efficiently and effectively. Ensured the quality of management operations in all areas of Security & Surveillance. Ensured employee performance standards were adhered to, and department policies and procedures were in place and enforced.
• Monitored all activities on property, to ensure that all applicable laws, rules, regulations and controls of the company, including, but not limited to, OSHA, the Nevada Gaming Control Board, and the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement, as well as local State & Federal Laws, were enforced throughout the properties.
• Authorized security clearances and/or access to sensitive areas of the properties. Maintain fire control systems, personal alarm systems, and EMT/First-Aid/First Responder equipment on property.
• Organized all Lost & Found (ran Department) for all properties.
• Maintained good working relationships with various members of the business community (i.e., Nevada Gaming Commission, Police & Sheriff’s Department (LVMPD, NVGCB, NLVPD, HPD, NVHP, LVFD, AMR, ACPD, NJSP, DGE, Atlanticare, etc..).
• Routinely toured and inspected the properties, identifying potential safety hazards, and reported to respective authorities for proper resolution. Locations included:
• The Social (Live Act Venue) (Opening Staff), Flirt Bar & Social-Up Bar (Opening Staff), HQ Nightclub (Opening Staff), Wet Republic Ultra Pool, LAX Nightclub, Pure Nightclub, Saville Row, Social House Restaurant & Bar, Coyote Ugly Saloon, Venus Pool (Adult), Dick’s Last Resort Restaurant.

• Responsible for opening/closing credit card, beverage, and cashier tabs as well as employee & customer safety and the general following of all Spearmint Rhino policies & procedures, as well as all federal, state, and local laws pertaining to the business.

• Responsible for the hiring, training, officer posting & responsibilities, discipline, payroll, scheduling, creation of "tip-pool" policies (as set forth by the I.R.S.), risk management, and general S.O.P. of Security Personnel for all Light Group Properties. Locations included:
• Jet Nightclub (Opening Staff), Bank Nightclub (Opening Staff), Bare Pool Party (Adult) (Opening Staff), Light Nightclub, Mix & Caramel Ultra Lounges, Diablo’s Cantina (Opening Staff), Stack Restaurant & Bar, Yellowtail Restaurant & Lounge, Fix Restaurant & Bar.

• Responsible for security shift scheduling, employee & customer safety, officer post assignments & requirements, training, following of the S.O.P., and reporting directly to the Pres. Marc Schor, V.P. Andrew Pascal, V.P. Jerry Keller, & Partner Victor Drai all incidents, information, and everyday operations in regards to security for Nightclubs. Locations included:
• Head Security for LaBete Nightclub, Lure Ultra Lounge.
