Dillon Hall

Responsible for caring for the welfare and training of Squadron 1. During this time I taught my squadron lessons in leadership, drill and discipline. As squadron commander I mentored my flight staff. This was especially challenging due to the fact that all of the cadet staff were simultaneously attending their basic encampment. At this encampment I also served as the cadet commander, in their absence. My responsibilities as deputy commander included training executive staff and making decisions on the cadet encampment.

As battalion commander I was responsible for 92 cadets. I managed cadet admin and executive staff to assist the battalion in reaching common goals. I assisted commanding 3 companies to work towards large projects. One of which involving landscaping and bettering the campus of Canon City High School. I commanded and coached the drill team, and became the highest performing solo armed exhibitionist in the battalion, 2nd highest performing in the state, and the 4th highest performing solo exhibitionist on the national scale.

As cadet commander I organize cadet staff, and communicate to cadet staff. I set goals and set training plans for cadet staff. I mentor and train those below me and promote cadet activities.
