Manage new construction single-family and multi-family homes from pad build through final walk-through and closing
Review blueprints to ensure homes are built per plan and discover any plan discrepancies that may arise
Maintain clean and safety compliant jobsites
Ensure build times and budgets are met
Conduct homeowner meetings that include pre-construction, pre-drywall, new home orientation, and final walk-through and keep homeowners updated throughout their build process
Conduct weekly meetings with superintendents and assistants and work with trade partners and other departments to address items that are discussed in the meeting
Build positive relationships with county inspectors and trade partners to ensure quality is being met
Create and maintain weekly construction schedules
Actively train superintendents and assistant superintendents through bi-weekly training and one-on-one interactions
Keep up-to-date with current building codes to make sure all inspections are passed in a timely manner.
