Having worked in Staffing, Construction, and Law Enforcement, I have learned the importance of being aware and reacting quickly to situations that form around me. Whether receiving a life-threatening 911 call, scheduling multiple deliveries across town, or having to find five available Journeymen Electricians in a couple of days, I have learned how to remain calm and assess situations head-on as they come.
Working closely with site supervisors and my superiors, I coordinated each day what materials were needed, where, and how we could deliver them. Having job sites all across the valley, I am very comfortable with directions and areas here in Arizona.
Using several different mediums of communication I coordinated with tradesmen who were seeking employment, and businesses looking for workers, and helped to assign said tradesmen to open positions. While employed as a Staffing Coordinator, I worked with several Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and general labor companies to overcome any temporary staffing position they required.
Following strict protocol I received 911, and non-emergency calls throughout the day and coordinated with responding officers via radio communication. Working twelve-hour shifts and multitasking constantly I learned how to work fast and efficiently under pressure as well as stay calm and help calm those around me while in a stressful situation.
