learned the custom/bays/setup procedures with a high belief on quality over quantity, spending my time to make sure I am sending out products customers would buy, simultaneously meeting all demands and staying ahead of schedule even during large orders of windows

Production specialist:

became highly skilled in processing remakes and pickups from whichever line I was specializing on. Covered positions when employees are needed for training or are taking breaks.

Production lead:

complete understanding of takt times,PSQDCI board, and the importance of 5S'ing departments to help organize the line and keep it running efficiently. Understanding the needs of the plant and production to help other lines when they are down and still keeping in check that we can leave sufficient WIP so both shifts can prosper. Completing daily audits on Sawyer wip, and as well as finished good carts to make sure that the line is creating the correct products, with the right specifications. following the PIR is an important aspect of insuring these quality checks are done correctly
