• Contract travel

• Contract travel for 13 Weeks

• PRN

• Readies dialysis equipment
• Oversees the dialysis treatment from start to finish
• Monitors patient and adjusts specialized equipment used on patients, and interprets and records information
• Identifies irregular dialysis reactions and notifies appropriate medical team members

• Assessments/re-assessments
• Development of care plans
• Implementation of the appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel and students in the provision of care to patients as assigned
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate

• Stocks supplies, performs inventory
• Prepares and maintains dialysis machines
• Observes patient, monitors and records treatment parameters
• Assesses patients for mode of transportation to and from dialysis
• Performs order entry, fingerstick blood sugars and ISTATS as directed

• Measuring and recording patient stats
• Patient observations
• Machine set up
• Water room management

• Perform EKG test procedures in Lab and on floors
• Record and file EKG readings
• Provide EKG tests and results to physicians
• Familiar with hospital services and departments
• Patient Order management
• Keep interpersonal skills
